It features a center neoprene handle, bungee rope storage system, and a stainless steel D-ring for the ankle leash. They include inner and outer Rail Layers for an extra tight air seal and compact bonding of all layers. It is then topped with a composite coating and heavy duty PVC layer, and Non-slip EVA Foam Deck pad.
